"Dog at Large" Complaint
Batavia police arrested Eria Baran, 34, of Batavia on a complaint issued for a dog at large around 11:15 a.m. July 29, reports said. She has a court date of Sept. 3.

Fireworks Confiscated
Police confiscated fireworks in the 1800 block of Mill Street around 6:42 p.m. July 27, reports said. No other information is available.

Bike, Backpack Found
A bicycle and backpack were found on the River Walk, 100 block of North Island Center, around 4:23 p.m. July 26, reports said. Attempts to contact the owner were unsuccessful and the items were placed in temporary evidence.
Criminal Trespass to Vehicle
Batavia police arrested two men on charges of criminal trespass to a vehicle around 1:59 a.m. July 26, reports said. Police arrested Calvin Trillet, 21, of Batavia and Kevin Trecker, 21 of Carol Stream in the 1400 block of Claybourne Street. Both were released and have a court date of Aug. 20.

"Open Bottle" Law Broken?
Batavia police arrested Edward Arbet, 54, of Batavia on an ordinance violation of the “open bottle law” around 10:01 p.m. July 23 in the 0—99 block of North River Street, reports said. He has a court date of Aug. 13.
