Yes, just days after record-high temperatures and a Flood Watch in the Tri-Cities, we've got a wind-chill advisory in place from midnight Thursday until 10 a.m. Friday, according to the National Weather Service-Chicago. The wind chill values will get down and get funky—to about 15 to 25 degrees below zero overnight. The dangers, of course, are frostbite and hypothermia. "IF YOU MUST VENTURE OUTDOORS ...
