The 20-year-old Geneva woman who crashed her car at Dodson and Bennett streets on May 4 now faces charges of aggravated driving under the influence.
Nicole Wiesner, the 20-year-old who crashed her car at Bennett and Dodson streets on May 4, has been charged with aggravated driving under the influence, Geneva police said in a Friday press release. The crash had been under investigation since it occurred at about 10:29 a.m. on that Friday in May. After the collision, Wiesner was driven to Provena Mercy Medical Center in Aurora. Her passenger, 22-year-old Lindsey Vanderheyden of Batavia, was lifted by helicopter to Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove. Vanderheyden initially told police Wiesner had fallen asleep behind the wheel as her Chevrolet Cavalier hurtled west down the Dodson Street hill, ran through the stop sign and crashed into trees next to a residential driveway at 224 N. …

Geneva Police Reports: Nicole Wiesner, the 20-year-old Genevan who twice was involved in single-car crashes in recent weeks now faces additional charges of alcohol consumption by a minor.
Nicole K. Wiesner, 20, the young woman involved in two recent single-car crashes, was arrested at around 3:29 a.m. June 22 along with a 19-year-old friend on charges of alcohol consumption by minor. According to the complaint with the 16th District Circuit Court, Wiesner and Brittany Maberry of Batavia “knowingly consumed an alcoholic liquor” at a residence in the 800 block of Britta Lane, Geneva. Wiesner’s address also is in the 800 block of Britta Lane. Both have a court date of Aug. 7 at the Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road, St. Charles. Police are still awaiting lab results on the May 4 high-speed, single-car crash that injured two young women at the intersection of Bennett and Dodson streets in Geneva.
Geneva police Cmdr. Eric Passarelli said Tuesday that the May 4 one-car crash that injured two young women, requiring one to be airlifted, remains under investigation. On May 4, a Chevrolet Cavalier driven by 20-year-old Nicole Wiesner crashed headlong into trees along the driveway of a Bennett Street (Route 25) home. Police reports said the Cavalier shot at a high rate of speed down the Dodson Street hill, barreled through the stop sign of the T-intersection and crashed near the driveway of the home at 224 N. Bennett St. Wiesner was taken to Delnor Hospital where she was treated and released. Geneva police charge Nicole Wiesner, 20, with driving while license suspended after she tells an officer she drove off Kirk Road trying to fix her shoe.
The 20-year-old driver involved in a high-speed, one-car crash May 4 at Bennett and Dodson streets drove off Kirk Road in another single-car accident 11 days later, Geneva police reports indicate. According to reports, Nicole Wiesner, 20, told police she was fixing her shoe when she looked up and drove her Chevrolet Cobalt off the road in the 600 block of North Kirk Road about 100 feet north of Geneva Drive. The accident occurred around 7:40 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, reports said. On May 4, Wiesner's Chevrolet Cavalier was traveling west down the hill on Dodson Street when it barreled through the stop sign of the T-intersection at a high rate of speed. Does no one have any. Compassion for this girl. I'm sure that none of u would care to know about 6 weeks after the first accident the girl tried to kill herself and was hospitalized for days.
