Jenny Says Goodbye and Good Luck to Brian on Sun-Times Splash

Geneva resident/model/talk-show host/columnist Jenny McCarthy says thanks to former beau and former Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher "for being Chicago’s Hulk."

Geneva's most-famous resident made her usual splash in her Sun-Times column a couple days ago when she gave some spirited well-wishes to her former beau Brian Urlacher. Writing in her Sun-Times Splash column, Jenny McCarthy said goodbye and good luck to Brian following the news that Urlacher and the Bears couldn't come to a contract agreement and the all-pro linebacker would be taking his talent to the free-agent market. McCarthy said an earlier Urlacher quote about Chicago fans was taken out of context, because everywhere she went with Brian last summer (ah, those halcyon days), "he stopped and signed every autograph and took pictures with fans." The release date is still months away, but producers of the Superman film Man of Steel shot around Kane and Kendall County in the summer of 2011 have released another trailer hyping the film. Remember Russell Crowe's August 2011 visit to the Batavia Public Library, specifically the 10 South Coffee House? Those were the good old days. Now you can take a glimpse of the movie as well as the local scenery that made the visit possible.
