A small portion has been developed and features a playgound, a basketball court with 4-square and hopscotch, a picnic shelter with a grill, and a baseball field. The rest of the area is marsh and wetland with a raised walking trail.

The picnic shelter is available for reservation.

A walking path and fitness trails wind throughout, with points for observation of wildlife and a place for fishing. A playground area features jungle gyms, slides and swings for kids, a half basketball court and an outdoor handball court, as well as a large picnic shelter that is available for reservation.
