This is an all-women gym with a 30-minute circuit system workout. The circuit system provides cardio recovery in between strength training sessions. The key is to maintain a heart rate which will then burn more calories, leading to weight loss. Workouts alternate from cardio to strength training, isolating different muscle groups. There are personal trainers to help clients get started to help them reach their weight-loss goals.
