Never complained anywhere before - sat 15 minutes -no menus, water or bread - before anyone came. She rattled off specials -offered no menus - we asked. Wine came, but no water, bread, menus. Asked stray waiter and got 2 menus and promise of 3rd, it came as waitress came to take order. We noted how sad that service was bad - we liked atmosphere -water finally came - but 2 glasses dumped on me. Apologies but table left wet and had to ask for new napkins- nobody bothered to bring water - or our bread -.until we asked passing waiter. Bread and water finally came. After long wait, main course came (not sure if it was our mood - but food was bland). More apologies - but they didn’t listen that it was other service and not spill that was disappointment. Had to flag a guy down to ask for bread / water refills. Then a large serving of tiramisu came with explanation it was on the restaurant and we were to share it. A little confused since 1) I don’t care for that dessert, 2) had planned to order other dessert but never asked, 3) never asked about coffee, 4) They gave 3 of us 2 pieces on 1 plate so had to eat at a communal trough. Maybe a couple, but not 3. Tho unhappy, I sent my AMEX card with bill, think small tip but didn't want water guy blmed. ShockedI was brought back the wrong bill and someone else’s credit card and bill to sign for. I grabbed a guy and they found my card -no apology – good news is I teach Customer Service and have a year of what not to do tales

Aliano’s is a warm and wonderful place to eat…
The food is delicious and the staff is great.
It reminds me of my grandmother’s home cooking…all dishes are made fresh and with love.
You must try this restaurant.

ALIANO'S IS A GREAT PLACE TO DINE! THE FOOD IS GREAT AND THE SERVICE IS AWESOME! THE OWNER MARIO ALIANO IS ALWAYS THERE AND HE WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE YOU HAPPY! ALIANO'S DISHES ARE SO GOOD THAT MY FAMILY WANTS TO EAT THERE ALL THE TIME! MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS HAVE ALL OUR PARTIES THERE AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB!!! I LOVE ALIANO'S!!!
