An important School Board meeting on Tuesday will determine the future of Batavia's tax levy and education spending.
School District 101 has added viewing opportunities for an expected full house at the tax levy hearing, which starts promptly at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013, at the Rosalie Jones Administration Center, 335 West Wilson Street.
Also this week, Batavia’s Books Between Bites welcomes Batavia author Annie Hansen at noon Thursday, Dec. 19, and local author and TV-writer Kevin Jakubowski at 7 p.m. at the Batavia Library.
