Batavia Packs In Votes for NBC 5 Prep Destination Contest, Winner Already Revealed
Bulldog supporters flocked to Facebook this week to see if they could get NBC 5 to broadcast live from Batavia High School. The results were promising.
UPDATE: NBC 5 Chicago and confirmed with Batavia Patch that NBC will broadcast LIVE from the high school this Friday morning during the NBC 5 News Today Program. For more details, click .
Voting for is officially closed.
Unofficial results at noon showed Batavia ahead by about 40 votes. Batavia was neck and neck with Naperville Central. Each school received over 5,100 votes.

The poll might still be open, but any votes submitted now do not count since the NBC officially stopped counting votes at noon.
