Batavia Whiz Kid: Rachael Miller

Each week Patch recognizes outstanding young people in the community.

  • Name: Rachael Miller
  • Grade: 10 (Sophomore)

  • Accomplishment: Rachael was one of five students from the Batavia High School Music Program to participate in the Illinois Music Educator Association's All-State Conference last month in Peoria, IL.
  • Key to awesomeness: Rachael plays violin in the Batavia High School Orchestra. She auditioned and received a spot in the All-State Band, Chorus, Orchestra and Jazz Ensemble during the four-day conference.
