PHOTO UPDATE: Woman Transported From Overturned Vehicle in Batavia Thursday
The accident happened this Thursday morning on the city's west side.
At least one person was transported this morning after a black sports utility-type vehicle overturned in a parking lot on Batavia's west side.
and reported to the parking lot between Harris Bank, 185 S. Randall Road and the Batavia Jewel-Osco, 119 S. Randall Road. The accident occurred sometime before 8:30 a.m. Thursday.
The woman was taken from the scene in an ambulance. Police were still investigating at the time of this posting.

Witnesses at the scene told Patch they were not sure how the vehicle overturned. No other vehicles appeared to be involved at the crash scene.
An entrance by Harris Bank was closed off after the incident.
