Police: Young Adult Caught Drinking At Batavia Movie Theater
Here's an item from the March 1 Batavia Police blotter.
A 19-year-old St. Charles man has to go to court after allegedly doing some underage drinking in a Batavia movie theater.
Brian A. Klaczek, 19, of 1622 Covington Ct., St. Charles, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor at the Goodrich Randall 15 IMAX movie theater, 550 N. Randall Rd.
Klaczek posted $120 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on April 12.
