Police: West Sider Charged With Obstructed Window, Suspended License
Here's an item from the April Batavia Police blotter.
A 30-year-old Batavia man is headed to court after an encounter with police.
Cesar Hinojosa, of 1003 Lorlyn Circle, was charged on April 29 with driving on a suspended driver’s license and having an obstructed window. Police stopped him in the 500 block of Van Nortwick Avenue.
Hinojosa posted $150 bond and is due to appear in court on June 14.
