POLICE: West Chicago Man Does Criminal Trespass on Private Property

Here's an item from the March Batavia Police blotter.

A 28-year-old West Chicago man got involved with after he was found unwanted on property.

Samuel Chairez, 2850 Culver Ln., was charged on March 29 with criminal trespassing to private property in the 1171-1343 block of East Wilson Street.  

Chairez was released on $100 bond, and is due to appear in court on May 10.
