POLICE: St. Charles Man Charged With DUI in Batavia

Here's an item from the April Batavia Police blotter.

A 25-year-old St. Charles man is headed to court after some questionable driving in Batavia, according to police.

Jose Esquevel, 25, of 1772 Cumberland Green, #248, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and making an improper left hand turn. 

Esquevel posted $100 and his driver's license. He is due to appear in court on May 25.
