A 56-year-old Batavia man had to deal with Batavia Police after he tried to get his shopping done for free.
A 56-year-old Batavia man had to deal with after he tried to get his shopping done for free.
Peter J. Mentenick, of 230 Prairie St., was charged with stealing $305.33 in grocery items from , 119 S. Randall Rd.
Mentenick was currently awaiting a bond call at the time of this report.
