POLICE: Man Nabbed on Four Counts of Battery, Two of Them Involved Police Officer
Here's an item from the March Batavia Police blotter.
A 42-year-old Batavia man had a house visit from the police on March 25 due to a warrant with multiple counts.
Dariusz Zukowski, 42, was apprehended at his home on a warrant for two counts of aggravated battery to a police officer, and two counts of domestic battery.
Zukowski posted $1,500 bond, which was 10 percent of his $15,000 set bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 3.
