POLICE: Man Found With 3 Firearms in Batavia, Unable to Walk
Here's an item from the April Batavia Police blotter.
An April 8 visit near downtown to help a man ended in the discovery of a couple guns, according to a police report.
Paramedics responded to a home in the 600 block of S. Batavia Ave., where they found a subject in poor physical condition and three firearms in the residence.
The firearms were removed and placed in evidence. The subject had no Firearm Owner's Identification card and was unable to walk or care for himself.

The apartment was also deemed uninhabitable.
