POLICE: Juvenile Attacked At Batavia Skate Park
The male victim was struck a couple times in the face, according to a police report.
Police are currently investigating the battery of a juvenile male who was attacked at , 411 S. River St. on May 1.
The victim was struck two to three times in the face and head, and his skateboard was thrown at him, according to a police report.
There were no visible signs of injuries to his face. No further information was available on this incident.
