Police Catch Aurora Teens With Cannabis At Batavia Skate Park

Two Aurora teens received drug-related charges on April 8 after spotted them at .
Police observed three subjects parked in the skate park's parking lot, 411 S. River St. Upon investigation it was determined that there was cannabis and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
A juvenile from Aurora was charged with possession of cannabis and paraphernalia, and released to his father. Eliseo Diego, 19, of 726 Mountain St., Aurora, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis. Diego posted $150 bond and has a May 10 court date.

The third subject was released without charges.
