POLICE: Cannabis, Drug Items Land 34-Year-Old In Court

Here's an item from the June Batavia Police blotter.

A 34-year-old Elgin man is headed to court after receiving drug-related charges while in Batavia.

Nickolas E. Emkow, of 200 Lake St., was charged with driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and less than 2.5 grams of cannabis on June 2.

Emkow posted $150 bond and has a July 12 court date.
