Police Blotter: Woman Nabbed, Missed Court Date on Theft Charges
Here's an item from the May Batavia Police blotter.
Police brought in a 54-year-old woman on May 19 that missed a court date for previous charges.
Mary L. Patterson, of 419 E. Galena Blvd., #108 was apprehended on a warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of retail theft.
Patterson was unable to post 10 percent of her $20,000 set bond, and was in police custody at the time of report.
