Police Blotter: Woman Misses Court Date for Hit-and-Run, Property Damage Charges
Here's an item from the March Batavia Police blotter.
A 42-year-old St. Charles woman was picked up in Batavia on March 14 for missing court on multiple charges.
Michelle A. Scott, of 350 S. First St., was apprehended on a St. Charles Police Department warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of hit and run, and damage to personal property.
Scott was released on 10 percent of a $1,500 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on April 7.
