Police Blotter: Suspended Licenses, Expired Registrations

Here's some items from the June Batavia Police blotter:

June 1

  • Angel Horta-Valdez, 37, of 824 Bowditch Ave., Aurora, was charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without a valid driver’s license and operating a vehicle with an expired registration. Horta-Valdez was stopped by police at Randall Road and Main Street. He was released on $150 bond, and is due to appear in court on July 12.

June 2

  • June E. Franklin, 40, of 297 S. Harrison St., Geneva, was charged with driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle with expired registration. Franklin was released on a personal recognizance bond, and is due to appear in court on July 12.
