April 21
- Raul Ramirez, 23, of 269 Ann St., Elgin, was charged with driving with a suspended license and operating an uninsured vehicle when he was stopped by police at North Kirk and Douglas roads. Ramirez was released on an I-Bond, and has a May 17 court date.
April 27

- Silverio Martinez, 19, of 604 Glenview Ave., Aurora, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, speeding and operating an uninsured vehicle when police stopped him at Kirk and Giese roads. Martinez posted $150 bond, and was scheduled to appear in court on May 17.
