Police Blotter: Speeding, Suspended Driver's License
Here's some items from the Batavia Police blotter.
Here's some motorist-related items that took place May 10 on Batavia's west side:
- Peng Wang, 27, of 530 Young Ave., was charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license when he was stopped by police in the 700 block of Main Street. Wang posted $150 bond and was due to appear in court on June 21.
- Marco M. Bruewell, 23, of 2476 Sagamore Ct., Aurora was apprehended on charges of driving on a suspended driver’s license when he was stopped by police for speeding in the 200 block of South Batavia Avenue. He was released on a personal recognizance bond, and had a June 14 court date.
