Is driving without insurance on Main St. a crime?
Sandy Kaczmarski June 01, 2012 at 04:25 PM
Well, "local guy," driving without insurance on any street in Illinois is illegal. In any case, I have retained the use of commas in a series and corrected the actual location of arrest to Kirk and Pine.
