Police Blotter: North Aurora Man Charged With DUI

Driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level exceeding the state limit leads to arrest.

 Jose M.Lopez, 26, of 708 Augusta Dr., North Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence after showing a blood alcohol level more than .08 and improper lane usage on Monday, May 30, according to police reports. Lopez posted his driver’s license as bond and was released, reports say, with a court date scheduled for June 22.
