March 21
- Francisco J. Tellez, 45, of 509 Pierce St., Aurora, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license when he was stopped by police at Kirk and Giese roads. Tellez was given a notice to appear in court on April 12.

- Michael W. Smith IV, of 1125 Naper Blvd., Naperville, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured vehicle and operating a vehicle with expired registration when he was stopped by police at East Wilson Street and Johnson Woods Drive. Smith posted $150.00 bond, and has a May 10 court date.
