Police Blotter: Metal Cash Box Taken From Shumway Address

Here's an item from the June 15 Batavia Police blotter.

Batavia Police are investigating the disappearance of money downtown.

A metal cash box valued at $10 was reported stolen from the 0-99 block of Shumway Avenue by unknown offenders. Also taken was $240 that was inside the box. 

No further information was available on this incident.
