Police Blotter: Man Does Criminal Damage To Property, On His Property

Later the 33-year-old man's paperwork was converted into a warrant, according to police.

A 33-year-old Batavia man was charged and transported after an incident on his property.

Richard L. Garlick, of 1357 Georgetown Circle, was charged with criminal damage to property at his home.

Garlick was transported to Delnor Hospital, where he refused to sign his personal recognizance paperwork. As a result, the paperwork was converted to a warrant.
