Police Blotter: Domestic Battery, DUI, Speeding

Feb. 15

• Matthew K. Teske, 27, 213 Jessica Ct., North Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol count of .08 or more, disobeying a stop sign and improper lane usage. He posted $100 bond and his driver’s license. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 23.
• Arjang Bereni, 30, was arrested at his home for domestic battery. He currently awaits a bond call.
• Javier Alvarado, 29, of 715 Grove St., Aurora, was apprehended at 701 N. Kirk Rd. on a DeKalb County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge for driving with a suspended license. He posted $400, 10 percent of his $4,000 bond, and has a March 15 court date.

Feb. 16

• Adrian Silva, 36, of 309 S. State St., Aurora, was charged with speeding, driving with a suspended license and driving without proof of insurance. He was also apprehended on a DuPage County warrant for his arrest,  transported and turned over. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 15.
