Police Blotter: Batavia Man Nabbed, Missed Court On DUI Charges
Here's an item from the April Batavia Police bloter.
A 36-year-old Batavia man faces a new court date after missing his original appearance.
Stephen P. Thomas, 356 First St., was apprehended at his home on a Kane County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Thomas posted $300 bond and has a May 12 court date.
