Police Blotter: Aurora Man's Burnt Tail Light Leads to Serious Charges in Batavia
Here's an item from the May 4 Batavia Police blotter.
A 34-year-old Aurora man is headed to court after a May 4 stop.
Esequiel Ramos-Marquez, of 1027 Solfisburg Ave., was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured vehicle. Police stopped him in the 1400 block of S. Kirk Rd. for driving with only one red tail light.
Ramos-Marquez posted $150 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on June 21.
