Police Blotter: Aurora Man Charged With Scrap Metal Theft on Raddant
Here's an item from the April Batavia Police blotter.
A 77-year-old Aurora man is headed to court after being caught with scrap metal that wasn't his, according to a police report.
Senobio Ferrer Piceno, of 1711 Violet St., was arrested for removing scrap metal from a recycling container at , 101 N. Raddant Rd.
Piceno was charged with theft and criminal trespassing, according to police. He posted $100 bond and has a June 7 court date.
