POLICE: Batavia Woman Obstructed Police Officer, Charged With Domestic Battery
Here's an item from the May Batavia Police blotter.
A 32-year-old Batavia woman had to deal with police after an incident at her residence.
Erin G. Phipps, of the 200 block of East Wilson Street, was arrested on charges of domestic battery at her home on May 2. She was also charged with causing bodily harm and resisting or obstructing a police officer.
Phipps was awaiting a bond call at the time of this report.
