POLICE: Batavia Man Charged With Domestic Battery

Here's an item from the April Batavia Police blotter.

A 21-year-old Batavia man encountered e after an incident in his residence.

Joshawn N. Vermatt, of the 400 block of Mill Street, was charged with domestic battery in his home on April 18, police said.

Vermatt was currently awaiting a bond call at the time of this report.
