POLICE: Batavia Man Accused of Aggravated Child Pornography
Several computers and hundreds of recordable DVDs and CDs were seized at an east-side residence. A 63-year-old man was taken into custody.
A 63-year-old Batavia man faces 14 counts of aggravated child pornography after a police search and seizure on Thursday.
Danny L. Clifford was taken into custody after Batavia and Geneva Police executed a search warrant for child pornographic materials. Investigators searched a home at about 6 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Park Street in Batavia, according to a press release.
As a result of the search warrant, several computers and hundreds of recordable DVDs and CDs were seized.

Members of the Investigations Unit worked with Geneva Police Department detectives to execute the search warrant.
Aggravated Child Pornography is a Class 2 felony. This case is based upon information received through the Illinois Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. This task force operates under the Illinois Attorney General's Office.
