, made two theft reports involving three separate incidents on Jan. 2, Jan. 3 and Jan. 4, in which two white females, in one instance accompanied by a white male, walked into the store and stole bottles of liquor, which they concealed once in a duffle bag, and two other times by concealing it in bags of goods they already had purchased.
A total of 27 bottles of liquor and two pairs of pajama pants were stolen, Walmart told police. The total value of the liquor was estimated at $783.13, and the two pairs of pajama pants had a combined value of $26.82.

NAPERVILLE
Taylor Christian Dahms, 19, of the 2800 block of Lundquist Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. Jan. 8 near Tall Grass and 95th Street, police said. He was charged with no insurance, speeding and disobeying a traffic control device. Dahms ran a red light and was driving 85 MPH in a 45 MPH zone, police said. His bail was $2,000.
You Sleep, We Steal
A man reported someone stole $241 out of his pocket while he was sleeping for about four hours in the 100 block of North West Street. He told police he went to sleep around 8 p.m. Jan. 8 and when he woke at 2 a.m., the money was gone.
GLEN ELLYN
- Police said someone stole a purse and a camera from a room in a home in the 600 block of Essex. The theft was reported at 2 a.m. Jan. 4 and took place during a New Year’s Eve party. The items stolen were valued at more than $500.
- Someone entered the 7-Eleven at 803 N. Main St. and stole a case of beer, police said. The theft was reported at 2:39 a.m. Jan. 2.
GENEVA
A person or persons went on a milk-stealing frenzy—big Oberweis Dairy fans, apparently—hitting almost a dozen homes in Geneva, according to police reports.
Someone took six half-gallon bottles of milk and one milk crate from a residence in the 900 block of Harbor Town Court sometime between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. Jan. 4.
According to the continuation report, police responded to the residence after receiving a call saying a homeowner was unable to locate her milk delivery. The owner had called an Oberweis customer service representative, who was able to confirm that the milk had been delivered to her residence. The six half-gallon bottles were valued at $17.50 and the crate at $25, for a total of $42.50.
But that wasn't a lone incident.
In the 1900 block of South Street, someone took five half-gallon bottles of milk and broke one half-gallon bottle for an estimated value of $21. The items were taken or tampered with between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. Jan. 4.
In the 1200 block of Keim Court, someone took three 1-gallon milk containers and three 1-gallon containers were cracked, possibly from the freezing milk caused by the cooler being left open. One container of water also was missing. The total delivery cost for the items was $31.89. The items were taken or tampered with sometime between 2 a.m. and 8 a.m. Jan. 4.
In the 1700 block of Loran Drive, someone took a half-gallon container of Oberweis milk and a half-gallon container of Oberweis orange juice sometime between 3 a.m. and 9:50 a.m. Jan. 4.
In the 1400 block of Fairway Court, someone took four half-gallon containers of Oberweis milk from a cooler in the driveway between 3 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. Jan. 4. The products were valued at $14.
