Batavia's Night Before Christmas Kindness
'Twas the night before Christmas, as someone in need was the lucky recipient of a good deed.
Batavia Police last week helped a man who was down on his luck near downtown.
A 21-year old Wilmette man tried to enter a vehicle parked in the 200 block of North Washington Avenue on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24.
When the vehicle's owner was contacted and it was reported that nothing was missing, the owner declined to press charges.
