Man Accused of Shooting Photos Under Girl's Dress at Randall Road Book Store

A 39-year-old Elgin man faces criminal charges for allegedly trying to take a picture up a girl's skirt at Barnes & Noble in Geneva.

Geneva police arrested Lance Olsen on charges of disorderly conduct after he “knowingly attempted to take a picture underneath the dress of a 10-year-old girl,” according to complaint in the 16th Circuit Court.

The complaint says Olsen was seen taking the photos "while he was bending over looking for a book in the Children’s Book Department at Barnes & Noble Book Store, 102 Commons Drive."

The incident took place around 2:50 p.m. Aug. 25, reports said.

Olsen has a court date of Sept. 17 at the Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road, St. Charles.
