Genevan, Chicagoan Charged With Retail Thefts in Batavia

Batavia police made two arrests last week on charges of retail theft at Randall Road stores.
Chicagoan Charged at Radio Shack
Batavia police arrested Alensander S. Matlak, 18, of Chicago on charges of retail theft at Radio Shack, 21 N. Randall Road, according to a report at 2:02 p.m. Oct. 23. Matlak posted $150 bond and has a court date of Dec. 3. The report did not say what was taken.

Geneva Charged at Kohl's
Batavia police arrested Tammy Martin, 43, of Geneva on charges of retail theft at Kohl’s, 251 N. Randall Road, according to a report at 5:24 Oct. 23. Martin posted $150 bond and has a court date of Nov. 12.
