East Sider Arrested For DUI, Uninsured Vehicle

Here's an item from the March 2 Batavia Police blotter.

A 45-year-old Batavia man ended up with a court date after police pulled him over on March 2.

Clayton D. Haldeman, 45, of 1015 Woodland Hills Rd. was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol level of .08 or more, when stopped by police at State St. and N. Washington Ave. He was also charged with operating an uninsured vehicle.

Haldeman posted his driver’s license and $100 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on March 23.
