Tri-Cities DUI Arrests, Dec. 9

Here's this week's roundup of local drunken driving arrests.

BATAVIA

Nov. 27: Jeanette M. Baum, 31, of the first block of North Lincoln Street, was charged with the following:

  • Aggravated DUI — Third Violation
  • DUI license suspended or revoked
  • Driving while license suspended/revoked DUI/SSS third offense

Baum was also cited with the following:

  • DUI
  • DUI — BAC over .08
  • Failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident
  • Driving while license revoked

Baum was arrested at 8:55 a.m. at the intersection of North Avenue and Jefferson Street. She was transported to the Kane County Jail.

As of Dec. 8, Baum remains at the Kane County Jail on $100,000, 10 percent of which is needed to post bond.

Nov. 4: Michael E. Dillenburg, 24, of the 700 block of Cutler Street, St. Charles, was cited with the following:

  • Unsafe tires
  • Operating an insured vehicle
  • DUI
  • DUI — BAC Over .08

Dillenburg was arrested at 8:37 p.m. on the 500 block of Western Avenue. He was released on personal recognizance and was issued a court date of Nov. 21.
