Tri-Cities DUI Arrests, Nov. 18

Here's this week's roundup of local drunken driving arrests.

GENEVA

Nov. 4: Geneva police arrested Brad Lewis, 47, of Batavia on charges of driving under the influence, DUI with a blood-alcohol level of more than .08, driving with a suspended or revoked license and aggravated driving with a suspended or revoked license around 12:44 a.m. in the 600 block of West State Street, reports said.

Nov. 11: Ryan Douglas Piccolin, 35, of the 9N300 block of Percy Road, Maple Park, was charged at 6:50 p.m. on the 700 block of South 2nd Street with driving under the influence of alcohol, no driver’s license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident/driving too fast for conditions and illegal transportation of alcohol. Police said his friends posted $300 cash bond and he was released pending a Dec. 26 court appearance.

Nov. 9: Robert E. Haythorne, 63, of the 1100 block of East State Street, Geneva, was charged at 6:26 p.m. at 221 S. 2nd St., with driving under the influence of alcohol, and DUI with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08. Police said his blood-alcohol content was .183. He was released on his own recognizance after posting his driver’s license and was ordered to appear in court Dec. 13.
