Domestic Battery Reports: Offender 'Bit Victim on the Nose'

The following is a list of domestic battery reports from the Batavia Police Department files from Aug. 21 to Aug.28, 2013.
Obstructing Identification, Biting
Batavia police arrested Todd E. Neylon, 41, of Batavia on charges of domestic battery bodily harm to a family member, domestic battery insulting/provoking contact, criminal damage to property and obstructing identification after an incident reported at 3:53 a.m. Aug. 21 in the 1000 block of Lorlyn Circle. According to reports, Neylon was “was intoxicated and bit the victim on nose and stabbed her in the hand.”

Physical Contact
Batavia police arrested Donald Scott II, 33, of Batavia on charges of domestic battery physical contact, according to a report filed at 12:06 a.m. Aug. 27. Scott was transported to the Kane County Jail. No additional information was provided.
Bodily Harm
Batavia police arrested [name removed] of Batavia on charge of domestic battery bodily harm and domestic battery insulting/provoking contact around 4:07 a.m. Aug. 25, reports said. [Name removed] was transported to the Kane County Jail. No other information is available.

Arrest at Kindercare
Batavia police arrested Latisha Dupree, 23, of Batavia in the Kindercare parking lot, 1505 S. Batavia Ave., according to reports filed at 7:54 p.m. and 9:14 p.m. Aug. 25. No further information was provided by the Batavia Police Department.
Lorlyn Apartments
Batavia police arrested Anthony Segundo, 38, of Aurora on charges of domestic battery bodily harm to a family member and domestic battery insulting or provoking contact at Lorlyn Apartments, 100 Lorlyn Circle, according to a report filed at 12:01 a.m. Aug. 23. Segundo was transported to Kane County Jail for bond call and a DCFS report was filed.
