Batavia Police: Teen Caught Drinking, Adult DUIs, Rude Neighbors

The following arrest information was supplied by the Batavia Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Batavia police officers responded to the following incidents on Jan. 29. Here they are in chronological order:

1:30 a.m.—DUI-Alcohol

A 56-year-old Geneva man is headed to court after an incident on Batavia's west side.

Gregory A. Tabb, of the 200 block of Lineas Lane, was cited for speeding and driving under the influence, according to a police report. The incident occurred on the 900 block of Main Street.

Tabb posted his drivers license and $100 bond. He was released with a court date of Feb. 22.

5:04 a.m.—Consumption of Alcohol By Minors

A 19-year-old Geneva man was given a court date after an incident on the west side.

Alec A. Endriukaitis, of the 2200 block of Rockefeller Drive, was issued a complaint for unlawful consumption of alcoholic liquor, according to a police report.

He was released and given a notice to appear/court date of Feb. 21.

11:08 a.m.—Neighborhood Trouble

Two neighbors were involved in an incident on the city's east side.

There were no physical threats, but rude and derogatory remarks were made on the 0-99 block of Prairie Street, according to a police report.

The neighbors eventually calmed down and no further assistance was requested.
