Batavia Police: Panties Removed, Drug Item, Verbal Disputes

Suspicious Panty Incident

Five pairs of ladies underwear were reported removed from a dryer at 8:43 p.m. at Lorlyn Apartments, 1056 Lorlyn Circle. The incident was considered suspicious, according to the police report.

Speeding, No License

A 23-year-old West Chicago resident is headed to court after an incident on Batavia's east side.

Raquel Gonzales, of the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue, was cited for no valid driver's license and speeding. The incident occurred at 4:31 p.m. on the 1900 block of east Fabyan Parkway.

Gonzales was released on an I-bond and given an Aug. 14 court date.

Drug Paraphernalia Possession

A 22-year-old Batavia man is headed to court after being charged with drug paraphernalia possession. Police issued a complaint to Nathaniel T. Goodin at 3:20 p.m. at his home, located on the 1200 block of Wintergreen Terrace.

Goodin was released on his signature and was issued a court date of Aug. 14.

Speeding, Suspended License

A 36-year-old Batavia resident is headed to court after an incident on the east side.

Reggie Randle, of the 1300 block of east Wilson Street, was cited for driving while license suspended and speeding. The incident occurred at 9:19 a.m. on the 1100 block of east Wilson Street.

Randle was released on an I-bond and given and court date of Sept. 4.

Verbal Disputes

Police responded to two different verbal disputes each involving two people. The first took place at 4:07 a.m. on the 1100 block of West Wilson Street. The two parties were separated for the night.

The second incident took place at 9:41 a.m. on the 300 block of State Street. One of the people involved left the scene.
