Batavia Police: Found Ammo, Domestic Battery, Domestic Trouble

Here are some of the Batavia incident reports from Nov. 9.

Batavia police officers responded to the following incidents in town on Nov. 9. Here they are in chronological order:

7:28 a.m.—Domestic Trouble

Two subjects on Batavia's west side were involved in an incident of domestic trouble, according to a police report.

The incident, which occurred on the 500 block of Carlisle Avenue, was a verbal dispute only. The subjects were both separated.

7:48 a.m.—Car Crash: Property Damage

A car crash occurred at Fabyan Parkway and Walmart Drive (an access road to the Batavia Walmart).

No citations were issued.

8:08 a.m.—Car Crash: Property Damage

A Pace bus sign was damaged after a single-vehicle car crash on Batavia's west side, according to a police report.

The crash occurred at Randall Road and McKee Street. No citations were issued.

10:31 a.m.—Domestic Trouble

Some subjects were reportedly physical and verbal with each other in an incident of domestic trouble on the city's east side.

No charges are being pursued by either party, according to a report. The incident occurred on the 100 block of North Washington Avenue.

10:45 a.m.—Car Crash: Property Damage

A car crash was reported at Maple Lane and Carriage Drive on Batavia's west side.

No citations were issued.

11:48 a.m.—Domestic Battery

Two subjects were reportedly involved in an incident of domestic battery at a Batavia fire station.

, 800 E. Wilson St., is the listed address for a child exchange location of the subjects.

The fire station is an example of a public place where divorced or separated parents can meet to drop off or pick up their children from the other spouse.

No complaints were signed in this incident.

3:42 p.m.—Found Property

Some ammunition was discovered on Batavia's east side.

It was identified as a Smith & Wesson Law Enforcement Magazine with 12 rounds, according to a police report. The magazine was found on the 400 block of South Van Buren Street.

The magazine was placed into evidence for destruction.

10:17 p.m.—Car Crash: Property Damage

A car crash was reported at Kirk Road and Wilson Street on Batavia's east side.

No citations were issued.
