Batavia police officers responded to the following incidents on Feb 5. Here they are in chronological order:
4:46 a.m.—Domestic Battery
A man was transported to a hospital after an incident between himself and his girlfriend on the east side.

A verbal dispute turned physical and resulted in both parties sustaining assorted scratches, according to a police report.
Neither party wanted to pursue charges but paramedics were contacted. The victim was transported to Delnor Hospital per his request, according to the report.

Domestic Violence information was provided to both parties.
